Hi all, I am starting my own blog and this is the first one. Well, technically not the first.
I used to have a blog which I started 4 years ago but I wasn’t active and I completely stopped posting anything there. I had stuff waiting to be typed down from the pages of my book to the pages of my blog but for some reason, I never went through with it. Today I’m finally done setting up my blog and will be posting regularly.
What to expect from my blog?
Words. Hopefully, words that make sense. Basically a sentence or sentences. Essentially paragraphs.
I will be writing on any topic that I find interesting. I am trying to keep things flexible and enjoy the process of writing. My goal is to have a successful blog but instead of being goal-oriented, I will be process-oriented. I’m positive that if I focus on my system then the results will not disappoint. Also, there will be more of what I used to write which are my own short stories and movie/series recommendations and reviews. Expect grammatical mistakes too but I believe it will be less with each new blog.
When will I post?
I will be posting weekly on any topic. You can recommend me topics by commenting or drop me a line via the contact page. I will post stories and reviews/recommendations as and when I have it ready with me.
Why the name?
After hours of brainstorming my sister blurted out “Sanket’s Fable” and it felt cooler than all the previous ideas that we had and without wasting any more time I bought this name for my blog. I spent the rest of the day thinking that the name means ‘My Fictional Story’ and I slept with a sense of satisfaction and a smile on my face knowing that I had a good name for my blog. It was not until I searched the word ‘fable’ in the dictionary that I realized it actually means ‘a fictional story especially featuring animals, creatures, etc that leads to a particular moral lesson’. I guess when my sister calls me a dog she really means it. The moral of this story is to research everything before posting and I will stick to this life lesson forever.
I am starting this blog with a minimalistic web design that will probably improve with time. Lastly, I want to say sorry and also thank all those people who commented or texted me to keep going. I am grateful to all of you who put your energy into encouraging me and I assure you that it wasn’t a waste. I am committing to myself and to all of you who are reading that this time I will be more active.

This is what I like about Sanket.. Nothing is as fascinating as spending hours listening to his theories of life and cinema/shows and his countless tidbits of wisdom, which he leaves behind him like Hansel and Gretel’s trail of bread: guidance and nourishment.
All the best Sanket.. !

Saving the link for sure, this one is a keeper, and a look at thisdomainisabdu confirmed I should bookmark the entire site rather than just this page, the consistency across what I have seen so far suggests there is a lot more here worth coming back for soon when I have more time.
Genuine reaction is that I will probably think about this on and off for a few days, and a look at tasseltract added fuel to that, the best content lingers in your head after you close the tab rather than evaporating immediately and this site clearly knows how to write that kind of memorable content.
Really like the way the post resists reaching for cliches that would have made it feel generic, and a quick visit to stridertorch kept that fresh feel going, original phrasing and unexpected metaphors are signs that the writer is actually thinking rather than just stitching together familiar phrases into the appearance of content.
Once you start reading carefully here it is hard to go back to lower quality alternatives, and a stop at siskatrance reinforced that ratchet effect, the way good content raises standards is real over time and this site has clearly contributed to raising my expectations for what is possible in writing on the topic generally.
Liked the way the post balanced confidence and humility, and a stop at tweedvolume maintained the same balance, knowing when to assert and when to acknowledge uncertainty is a sign of mature thinking and the writers here have clearly developed that calibration through what I assume is years of careful work on their craft.
Decided to subscribe to the RSS feed if there is one, and a stop at vesseltame confirmed that decision, content that I want delivered to me proactively rather than just remembered when I have time is content that has earned a higher level of commitment from me as a reader looking for reliable sources.
Worth recognising that the post handled a familiar topic without reaching for any of the obvious hot takes, and a stop at singersorbet continued that fresh treatment, sites that find new angles on subjects others have exhausted are sites worth following carefully and this one has clearly developed that exploratory instinct through patient practice.
Started believing the writer knew the topic deeply by about the second paragraph, and a look at swansignal reinforced that confidence, the speed at which a writer establishes credibility through their writing is a useful quality signal and this writer establishes it quickly and quietly without resorting to credential dropping or self promotion.
Well crafted post, the structure flows naturally from one point to the next without forcing transitions, and a stop at waferturtle kept the same flow going, you can tell when a writer has thought about how their content reads rather than just what it contains and this is one of those examples.
Now understanding why someone recommended this site to me a while back, and a stop at starlitvixen explained the recommendation, sometimes recommendations make sense only after experience and this site has finally clicked into place as the kind of resource I now understand was being recommended for sound editorial reasons by my friend.
Will be passing this along to a few people who would benefit from the perspective shared here, and a stop at trenchtwist only added to what I will be sharing, this kind of generous content deserves to circulate widely rather than getting buried in some search engine algorithm tweak that pushes it down the rankings.
